About this Project
Two photographers, Jim Korpi and Peter Hoffman, were awarded fellowships from the Center for Rural Strategies and the NNFP (National Network of Forest Practitioners). This blog followed their 10 week journey across New England and the Midwest as they photographed rural communities and forest practitioners. From the Athens office, photographer Michael DiBari covered stories in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky and Sherry DiBari is still organizing and archiving the project. Keep checking this site for more photo galleries and an announcement for the gallery show in Nelsonville, Ohio coming soon.
